Da Franco in Eppendorf was for many years a highly popular place - always full to bursting, with a great atmosphere, but pretty stuffy as a result. Franco Lestingi finally decided that the rational solution was to find larger premises, so he relocated his restaurant to Hofweg 68, 22085 HH (Tel.: 040-22 69 31 36).
Signor Lestingi is a true professional. His formula in Hofweg includes good traditional Italian fare, reasonable prices, a spacious terrace and an inviting indoor restaurant complete with indirect lighting. Plus music, attentive and charming service staff and an inspired menu that is subject to constant up-dates. This includes starters like turkey breast on radiccio (EUR 9) and around 15 different main dishes, all expertly prepared and lovingly presented for between EUR 7.50 and EUR 16.50.

At lunchtime diners can choose between four set three-course menus (EUR 7 - EUR 8.50). The chef is happy to respond to special wishes wherever poss-ible. Diners leave feeling really well looked after; this friendly and welcoming approach is definitely one of the reasons that most of the restaurant's long-standing regulars from Eppendorf think nothing of crossing town for a dose of feel-good dining at their favourite eatery!

wie sieht es denn mit den nicht "Let´s MINI" Fahrern aus, besteht vielleicht Interesse für ein Treffen am kommenden Sonntag zum Brunchen oder vielleicht Nachmittags auf einen Kaffee am Fischmarkt?

Wir (Co-Pilotin + ich) sind in Bärlin bei DTK und werden wohl eher Sonntag Abend zurück sein - Interesse ist da aber wird kaum passen.

Na watt denn nu ???? Sagtest Du gestern nicht, dass Du nun doch zu Let's MINI fährst ??? Oder hast Du nur überlegt....

Sohnemann hat am WE Tennis-Turnier. Ich könnte somit erst am (späten?) Nachmittag.
Generell bin ich für Treffen natürlich immer zu haben

Ja, gestern hab ich "nur" überlegt. Die Anderen (Sommersonne & Zetto) waren da schneller in der Entscheidung und haben die freien Zimmer belegt. Wobei Zetto noch nicht ganz sicher ist
Aber ich habe jetzt eh keine Zeit mehr für Let´s MINI, da ich Samstag volles Programm in Hamburg habe

Wie sieht es denn mit den Daheimgebliebenen aus mit einem Spontantreffen im Beachclub auf ein Feierabendbierchen oder so? Ist doch ein Traumwetter heute, dass muss doch genutzt werden
