MINI² - Die ComMINIty

Hi Zusammen,

da unser Mini keine FSE an Bord hat, überlege ich die Originale nachzurüsten. Hat das schon jemand gemacht? Hat jemand die Schaltpläne oder weiß was außer der "Mulf2" noch gebraucht wird? Sind die Anschlüsse schon vorhanden wenn das Radio Boost mit Multilenkrad verbaut sind, oder muss auch noch der Kabelbaum gelegt werden?

Ich denke das die Mini Technik ja nicht viel anders ist. Laut diversen Foren, soll ja bei vielen BMW´s diese Mulf schon drin sein (wo sollte das denn beim Mini sitzen) und man muss "nur" noch die Blueooth Antenne, Microfon und ein bißchen gedöns anklemen und beim Freundlichen freischalten lassen. Vielleicht geht es ja wirklich????

Zumindest wäre es ein bißchen Forschung wert, oder???

Es geht aber nicht....frage deinen Freundlichen es geht nicht genau wie man die Sparchsteuerung auch nicht nach rüsten kann...ich wollte nämlich beides geht aber nicht

Das der Freundliche es oft nicht kann ist schon klar , weil in der Werkstatt ja auch nicht gebastelt wird sondern nur 1 zu 1 eingebaut wird. Ganz abgesehen bei den Lohnkosten in der Werkstatt es unerschwinglich würde. Bestes Beispiel mein alter A3 mit ZV aber ohne Funkfernbedienung. Laut freundlichen...kann man nicht ändern!!!! Ging aber doch. Einfach die ZV Pumpe gewechselt und siehe da, es geht...das nur dazu

Zum Thema zurück. Ich werde den Kollegen aus dem Forum mal anschreiben. Laut der Aussage:

Now, that I have done the retrofit I can report to you how it worked:
My car was prewired. So everything was Plug & Play.
In the trunk I only had to connect the 3 wires. No problem. Watch out, that you buy the right nuts for the bracket. My dealer gave me wrong ones.

Installing the BT antenna is also very simple. Open the three screws under the steering wheel and open the compartment. Now you can clip in the antenna and connect it to the wire.

Installing the mic is a bit more difficult, because you have to remove the roof control center. I used a very small screwdriver to clip it out. But there are several ways described in the forum. Removing the blind plate is a bit difficult but with two very small screwdrifers you can clip it out and lift it.

Now the most difficult part: The rear backrest...
First remove the backseats. You just have to pull it up and it clips out.
Under the armrest there are two big T20 or T25 screws. You need a big tool or much armpower to remove them. But be carefull!!!
Then you have to go into the trunk. There are two holes, the emergence exit . Put in a screwdriver and turn the little plate till the backrest jumps out.
Now you have to take it out. Don't try to pull it towards the front seats and work with the backrest still in the car.
On the right side there are the Most-Bus connectors. Just follow the green cables. Remove them and try to clip the covers out. They are very hard to seperate. I broke both of them so better buy two new ones at your dealer...
Now you just have to disconnect one wire of each connector and put it into the other connector. Use a small screwdriver for that.
Now why you had to remove the backrest completely: Clean the holes for the screws. They are fitted into the holes with some sort of glue. You have to remove it completely.
Then put in the backrest and clip it into the "emergency exit". Now put in the screws. But be careful! I destroyed one of the threads...the screws are very hard and the threads are very soft. But it also works with one screw in place

Now you have to go to your dealer and reprogram the retrofit.

The only thing you need additionally is the MULF or TCU. I have a MULF. A new TCU is very expencive, but with the MULF you will have german or french voice input.


Heisst doch im Klartext....wenn ein Mulf drin ist würde man nur die Antenne, Mikro und den Verbinder "Bracket" benötigen und Freischalten lassen.

Hm ok klingt logisch...die Antenne müßte ich eigentlich haben, da ich ja auch das große Navi habe!
Wenn du mehr weist sag bescheib den geht nicht gibts ja eigentlich garicht und BMW macht es sich ja bekanntlich oft einfach

Zuerst wäre es mal nicht schlecht, wenn jemand in einem Schaltplan oder sonst was nachgucken kann, wo dieses Mulf sitzen sollte. Dann köntte ich und jemand mit Bluetooth ja mal schauen ob vorhanden, welche Nummer und wie es angeschlossen ist. Denke so kann man die Thematik ja einkreisen, oder???

Nun ja....viel Interesse, Bluetooth nach zu rüsten, scheint hier ja nicht zu sein.?

Wahrscheinlich ist Sie sogar in jeden Mini drin, nur wo befindest Sie sich???? Kann niemand helfen???

Ich habe da tierisch interesse dran, selbst nämlich keine Vorbereitung installiert.
ich glaube der/die/das MULF2 müsste sich im Kofferraum rechts befinden, hinter der Abdeckung.
Vielleicht habe ich nächsten Donnerstag mal die möglichkeit mir das bei einem Anzugucken der das hat.

Also ich kann mittlerweile Licht ins Dunkle bringen.

Das Mulf befindet sich in der Mittelkonsole unterhalb des Radios. Ein Umbau ist wirklich ziemlich aufwändig. Man braucht das Mikrofon, Mulf2, BT-Antenne, (ob die Kabel liegen weiß ich noch nicht) und umprogrammieren.

Jetzt aber die gute Info. Laut BMW München soll es ab mitte März ein Nachrüst Blutooth Set geben!!!! Laut der technischen Hotline, ist man mit den Tests fertig und man kann es ab mitte März beziehen. Preis stand noch nicht fest. Ich bin sehr gespannt und halte euch auf den laufenden.
