Die einzelnen Marken differieren in den Wartungsintervallen / - zyklen/ -abständen. Bei BMW ist das sogar je nach Auto unterschiedlich, weil der Bordcomputer die Anzahl der Starts, die Km-Leistung die Jahreszeit, die Ölwechsel usw usw überwacht.
