ja das mit dem bildschirm zum ausklappen und den 3 cm vor dem tacho is schon ok

MOBILE MEDIA NAVIGATION SYSTEM

Looks great; but I was wondering. If I buy a navi-system it's really important I can listen to my CD's and navigation at the same time.

I know the Pioneer saves the route in memory and after that you can change the navi cd for a music cd. Does this Alpine works the same way?? The look of the Alpine is better, imho.

very good question. i was wondering, too.
i asked by local navi-dealer ... (in context to a becker navi) he said it would be possible to leave the navi cd inside and listen to music from the cd changer in the back. but, you never know. if it is really true, or if that guy wants to see navi and changer ...

oder: was sind eure erfahrungen? kann man nun auch paralllel zur navigation (wenn man bei dynamischer route bsp die navi cd drinnenlässt) über einen cd-wechsler musik hören??

Also beim Becker kann man nach der Routenberechnung die Navi-CD rausnehmen und die Mucke rein.... funktioniert auch bei Dyn.Route... wenn es natürlich zu weit von der eigentlich berechneten route abweicht muss man halt nochmal wechseln !!!!

Wenn man einen Wechsler dranhängen hat ist es natürlich gar kein Problem... Musik aus dem Wechsler, Navigation aus dem CD-Schacht...

also ich hab einfach ein separates Navi-Teil mit der NAVI-DVD drinn, das stört ja den Musikgenuss nicht, weil die Musik-CD ja im CD-Player des Autoradios drin ist
