So finally. Got the car back yesterday. The Guide sleeve a.k.a. Führungshülse has been replaced. Drove about 200km including a trip to the Nürburgring and... the problem is gone
The old part was still kind of fine, as there was no real damage visible, still it caused that explicit noise. I cant explain why, im just happy the problem is gone.
