Leider sind die Gruppentarife erst ab 15 Personen möglich.

Um die Reservierung zu bestätigen benötigt das Hotel ein Brief von uns, der diese/nächste Woche fertig sein sollte. Wer dafür seine Kreditkartennummer gibt - möge an die anderen seine Bankverbindungen schicken, die müssen dann die entsprechenden Beiträge selbst überweisen, oder vor Ort in bar begleichen.

So lange der Brief nicht abgeschickt ist, können wir noch was ändern (z.B. ein DZ statt EZ, falls noch jemand kommt ), später wird das Geld von der Karte im voraus abgebucht, aber wir können das vor Ort doch ändern.

Mein Vorschlag - wenn es möglich ist - zum Schluß die tatsächlichen Kosten teilen, wenn es zu irgendwelchen Änderungen kommen soll.

Kann man nicht vor Ort in Bar bezahlen ???
Ich schicke nur ungern meine Kreditkartennummer durchs Netz und mit der Post.....oder soll ich einem von Euch das Geld im Voraus überweisen....wäre auch kein Problem.
