Hey Leute..
..das habe ich grad im Internet gefunden.
Anscheinded findet MINI UNITED 2009 in England statt...

"MotoringFile has learned that MINI is currently looking at location options for MINI United 2009 in England. The idea is that the event should take place in the UK to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the Mini itself. And while it’s strictly a rumor at this point, we believe MINI will make the 2009 MINI United more new product focused with the debut of a new offering of some kind. The current odds-on favorite is a MINI Challenge based factory JCW car with the most power ever offered by the brand - potentially also brought out as way to celebrate the 50th anniversary.
Of course you can expect any and all details of the event to be right here on MF as it takes shape over the next two years."

Hi quattro,

wenn mein englisch aus schulzeiten noch ausreicht(ist schon über 20 Jahre her), dann ist es aber immer noch ein "gerücht" (rumor)...
habe bei MU in zandvoort mit jemandem gesprochen, der meinte , MU 2009 könnte auch in Spanien stattfinden!

...es ist nur ein "Vorschlag",dass es in England stattfindet...

Also wenn mich einer fragen würde wär ich strickt GEGEN England. Ist doch total unpraktisch, der Anreise halber.
Außerdem war es ja jetzt Zandvoort schon sehr "Nordeuropäisch".

Spanien wäre cool. Aber Eine Rennstrecke in Deutschland wäre ja auch ganz cool. Ich denke allerdings Nürburgring ist leider unrealistisch aber vielleicht ja sowas wie Sachsenring?
