Hi there,

Sorry this will be in English as my German is not so good yet

We have just moved from Denmark to Freising and bought a used Mini Cooper S (BJ 2007). As some of you may know, cars are soooo expensive in DK (we pay 170% in tax on new cars). Our "new" MCS would cost about 60.000 euro in Denmark.

We (my wife and I) have dreamed of getting a Mini for several years now and finally I got the oppertunity to transfer from my job in Denmark to Freising and which car should we get then??? A Mini off course

A big welcome from me

I live in Munich, which is not very far from Freising

If you want to meet some very nice MINI-drivers you should join us on our "Stammtisch" (regular table ) which usually takes place once a month: we meet, have dinner & some drinks at a nice restaurant (the meeting-place changes every month) and just have fun ....

In fact, we have planned a short drive through the foothills of the Alps for tomorrow and we will meet here http://www.klosterwirt.de/ for lunch. And this http://www.blombergbahn.de/sommerrodelbahn/ and this http://www.blombergbahn.de/sommerrodelbahn/blomberg-blitz/ is also one of the topics for tomorrow

I did see the planned trip for today and we did talk about joining. But as we get a new apartment Wednesday next week, we have a lot of things to do before that... So we decided to wait until next month.

But I hope that you did not go to Slyrs as I would really like to go there
