R56 Kupplung wechseln Betriebsanleitung - LeFrick - 28.01.2017

Moin Leute.bin neu hier.
Mein Cooper s hat leider eine schleifende Kupplung. Jetzt wollte ich mal fragen welche Kupplung man am besten verbaut und ob es eine gut beschriebene Anleitung gibt. Voll kann ja auch jemand sagen wie lange sowas ca. dauert.
