wie beim normalen bingo (dort hat man karten mit zahlen, nicht symbolen) wird ein symbol bestimmt (hier durch ne drehscheibe, bei bingo meist durch aussuchen einer zahl, kugeln, würfel usw.), wer dieses symbol hat darf es zudecken.
wer als erstes eine linie (vertikal, horizontal oder diagonal) fertig hat, hat gewonnen. manche spielen es auch so, dass es 4 gewinner geben kann.
bei dem body bingo wirds bestimmt so sein, dass man das symbol, wenn man es denn hat, nicht einfach nur abdeckt, sondern vorher schaun muss in welcher reihe es liegt und diese aktion dann durchführen muss.

also z.b.:

der pfeil zeigt auf den fuß, auf der platte liegt der fuß unter "massage", also muss man dem anderen eine fußmassage geben und kann dann das symbol zudecken.
