Can I ask if the cost of the HJS Sports CAT is worth it over the Akropovic 100 cel Sports CAT and the Milltek 200 cel?

It is worth, because You won't get the "check engine" light! With the Akra or Milltek downpipe, You also need to manipulate the engine software not to get the "check engine" light.
The Milltek dp has a standard HJS 200 cell catalytic converter, here we are talking about a downpipe with a high density catalytic converter from hjs. You can also purchase this HD cat without pipes and modify your oem downpipe - but that wouldn't be a bargain.
