Yes.
We have VAG tuners using our products on cars with the same ECU getting power up from standard ~350ps up to ~420ps with just intercooler, exhaust mods and map changes. With hybrid turbo's they are up to ~490ps which is the limit of the injectors at standard pressure.
I assume you mean the 2,5lt 5-cylinder Power-plant? They produce in stock form around 350-360bhp.
What is so complicated about the Minis???
I think you are comparing apples to oranges here...the Mini Prince engine is 1,6lt whereas the Audi is 2,5lt! The air pumped out from the Audi's engine is two times more than the Mini. How bigger is that IC compared to the Mini?
What I would suggest you do is, make further testing on your behalf, study the data acquired and educate us...instead of having us scratching our heads...
Obviously something is wrong, I'm afraid...
