Update registration Birthday Run:
Registration: You can only register for the Run via the web template. A post on a forum unfortunately cannot be recognized as a registration. Please register in time in order for us to make sure everything is available in sufficient quantities. The registration via the web template closes on Sunday evening August 13th. Starting August 14th confirmation letters will be send to the people registered at that moment. The confirmation will contain further details on the schedule for the day etc.
Entry fee: for participation in the Birthday Run, the BBQ and 2 refreshment tokens is € 20 per person. For members of the Mixed MINI Club this included in the membership fee. However, registration is still required. For children up to and including the age of 12, participation is free of charge. Naturally these have to be registered as well. Payment is to be made in cash at the registration desk on the day of the event.
Hotel: A special discount arrangement has been agreed with the Bastion Hotel Breda. If you want to make use of this facility you have to contact the hotel yourself and make the arrangements. If you mention the following codes while making your reservation: BCC nummer 532571 and pincode 6875 the special Birthday Run will apply. At the end of the Run you will pass the hotel. You can then park your MINI at the hotel and a shuttle service will take you to the party.
Flyers etc.: We know from experience that participants in such an event also want to draw the attention to other events or clubs. It is also known that not everybody is in favor of this and as a result flyers and brochures end up next to the garbage bin. Each participating MINI receives a plastic bag at the registration desk with, amongst others, the route book. Should you consider to hand out flyers or brochures you are kindly requested not to do this yourself but provide this to the organization at least one week in advance of the event. We will then arrange the material to be included in the bags. Each participation MINI will then receive your documentation and, perhaps even more important, we will prevent street litter.
