Stan, job market in J-ville is pretty strong. Lots of jobs in banking, mortgage companies and insurance companies among others.

Today, sunny and 76 F / 24.4 C. Great weather! Makes me miss my Miata (so I could put my top down) but makes me hopeful for the MINI convertable. Big Grin
Can I have a bier?
