I can also reccomend theese tires, tested misc streetlegal slicks and the R888 doesnt get very much wear and tear since its a light car, in general they do wear faster compared to lets say a kumho KU15, but it also provides better grip.... there is always a tradeoff
when my KU15s are done I will change back to R888s
and yes.. the R888 is -very- noisy! but grip is also very good.. always a tradeoff...
they work good if hot and on only wet surface, but if it has water ont he surface they will aquaplane very easy.
good thing with streetlegal slicks is that they dont melt and blister as fast as a stock tire.. and like project24 said, theese are not for beginners as when they let go.. they really let go..
