@ minimarkcs: Danke, 5W-40 ist gut, habe ich jetzt auch gefunden aber worin besteht der Unterschied zwischen den beiden BMW Spezifikationen (LL98 + LL01)?

In der deutschen Betriebsanleitung steht so gut wie nichts , aber in der englischen habe ich DAS gefunden:

"Use only approved MINI High Performance Synthetic Oil.
If you are unable to obtain MINI High Performance Synthetic Oil, you can add small amounts of synthetic oit in between oil changes. Only use oils with the API SH specification or higher.
Approved oils are in SEA classes 5W-40 and 5W-30."

Was kippt/empfehlt ihr den so :
Von z.B. Castrol habe ich nur ein Öl gefunden welches eine BMW Spezifikation besitzt und zwar; CASTROL FORMULA RS POWER AND PROTECTION .
Was gibt es noch für Alternativen und was kippt BMW?

Beim Moped (BMW K1200RS) ist Castrol mein Favorit!!
