a read this on the MINI2.com forum:
Abi (my wife for those who don't know) was on her way to the office this morning when she heard a crack/bang and then a howling of wind. A few moments later, the passenger a-pillar cover (the hard black plastic bit) flew off behind her, narrowly missing the following traffic!
I've heard of this happening once before, but it's not good! It seems the clips/sticky back combination might need a bit of beefing up?
