feel like i need go give update here.
after taking the front suspension off 4 times i finally got it. I think it was a noob mistake instead.

I had 2 small washers /Scheibe on my original front suspension on each side. On my last attempt put the suspension together I used only 1 washer / Scheibe between the top spring plate and Domlager, i also got just in case new Domlagers and its perfect, no sounds, no noise ... nothing, it works absolutely fine.

I get it, its cheap - does not last as long as the expensive stuff, i would never put it under cooper s and after spending about 25 working hours on it, its not as cheap as it looked . But I must say the job its doing for the money under non cooper s is great.

If I could turn back the time, would i do it again? yes for the experience
